For business
An agent acting in the buyer's browser searches, builds the cart and prepares payment with your store's real actions, with no connector to install.
For technical teams
Called through document.modelContext. Checkout registers get_checkout, update_checkout, complete_checkout and navigate_to_storefront; requests are signed with Web Bot Auth and Shopify only accepts registered keys. Only agents with a Chromium browser.

Verification note: «The tools are live today», no preliminary label: stable per the register rule. «Shopify provides the tools on every Liquid storefront» and Hydrogen 2026-10 loads them by default: effort 1. The pages mention no cost or regions: free (included in Shopify) and GLOBAL unconfirmed. L4 partial: complete_checkout requires showing the order and getting the buyer's permission, and asking again if the total changes. Chrome 153 rejects object arguments («Failed to parse input arguments»); 155 is planned to accept them.
